Whether packaging for an olive tree, customised boxes or tailor-made slipcases – our packaging department develops and produces sophisticated, high-quality packaging solutions made from cardboard and paper.

At LONGO, we combine packaging with advanced printing technology. Thanks to our in-house production, we can apply specialised printing processes directly to packaging, achieving outstanding quality in colour, material and finish.

Design can be developed by our internal creative team upon request. This allows us to create individual solutions that unite brand identity, functionality and feasibility from the very beginning. We offer both standard solutions and tailor-made concepts that are technically sound and economically viable.

A particular highlight is our in-house developed printing technology Spectra7, enabling extended colour spaces and giving packaging exceptional visual depth.

Digital Printing: Large Format, Print on Demand & Letterpress

Flexible, high-quality and customised

From print on demand to large-format digital printing – we offer tailored solutions for short runs, oversized formats and printing on a wide range of materials.

Our digital printing competence centre is located at our Augsburg site. Here, we produce efficiently and with maximum flexibility – ideal for personalised print products, time-sensitive campaigns and variable data printing.

A key feature is our Marketing Toolbox: a digital ordering platform that enables companies to manage and reorder marketing materials on demand. This ensures maximum flexibility, reduces storage costs and prevents overproduction.

Since 2022, we have complemented our digital expertise with a true craft highlight: letterpress printing. Using our original Heidelberg press, we create premium tactile finishes – perfect for high-end postcards, business cards and distinctive print products with character.

Digital printing at LONGO means speed, precision and flexibility – combined with craftsmanship and technical expertise.

Through our competence center for digital printing in Augsburg, we can also print smaller runs and can print on various materials and formats. Our special there is letterpress.
